WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We ship orders directly from our domestic and international fulfillment partners to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United Kingdom: 2–3 working days
  • Europe: 3–5 working days
  • United States: 7–15 working days
  • Rest of World: 10–20 working days (varies by destination and customs processing)

Please note that delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary due to factors outside our control such as carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or peak periods.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link. You can track your parcel at any time using your order number on our website.


WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS LOST OR DELAYED IN TRANSIT?

All orders are sent with tracked delivery.

If your parcel is:

  • Lost in transit
  • Returned to sender
  • Delayed for an extended period with no delivery confirmation

We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue. Where the carrier confirms the parcel has been lost, we will arrange a replacement or alternative resolution in line with our Refund & Returns Policy.

Please note that shipping carriers and customs authorities operate independently of Verox, and delays caused by them are outside our direct control.


DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED

If a parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier and supported by tracking confirmation, GPS data, and/or photographic evidence, the delivery is considered complete and responsibility for the parcel passes to the customer.

If this occurs, we recommend:

  • Checking around your property (doorways, porches, bins, side entrances)
  • Checking with other household members
  • Asking neighbors if the parcel was accepted or moved for safekeeping

If the parcel cannot be located, please contact us and we will assist by advising on the next steps with the carrier. However, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for orders confirmed as delivered by the carrier.


WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS OR IMPORT TAXES?

Prices shown on our website do not include customs duties or import taxes.

Depending on your location, you may be required to pay customs fees, import duties, or local taxes once your order arrives in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

Verox is not responsible for:

  • Customs charges or taxes
  • Delays caused by customs clearance
